Hi, I’m Jill!
RDN, LDN, CEDS
I’m Jill (she/her), an anti-diet Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist, and also a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. I specialize in working with adult clients struggling with disordered eating, eating disorders, chronic dieting, food aversions and ARFID. I also support individuals experiencing polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), perimenopause and menopause, as well as throughout the prenatal, pregnancy and postpartum stages.
I received my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Dietetics, specializing in Health Promotion, from Michigan State University. I then completed my Dietetic Internship at Loyola University Chicago. I have been a dietitian since 2008 working with clients impacted by eating disorders at the Inpatient, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient levels of care. I am passionate about helping clients explore how to nourish their bodies without fear, judgment or rigidity.
In my free time, you can find me at home in the Chicago suburbs with my family (including our Boston Terrier pup, Bruno) reading thrillers, trying new restaurants, and cooking new dishes to enjoy with friends and family.
